An initial consultation will be scheduled to discuss all elements of your requirements including the benefits you are seeking from a new air conditioning system.

Our Air Conditioning Specialists will discuss options with you and any other considerations that need to be taken into account ie building restrictions, fitting the system into current décor etc.

A full written quotation would then be sent to you and a meeting arranged to discuss any areas or questions. The quotation will include details of installation, timescales, cost and aftercare.

Upon agreement a pre installation visit will be arranged to understand all areas of preparation and installation this will ensure the location is suitable for the engineer to begin the installation. The stage will also be used to fully understand your business working hours and layout to avoid disruption to your staff and business day.

Once your new air conditioning system is installed and tested you will be shown a full demonstration and training will be given to the relevant team. All supporting documentation will also be provided at this stage.

If maintenance has been agreed as part of the ongoing support dates will be agreed for the services to take place.
